Welcome to our 2024 wrap-up! It’s been an amazing year filled with exciting updates and milestones. We enhanced our auditing capabilities, introduced importing data controls, streamlined user administration, and rolled out some highly requested features—yes, including the long-awaited “wait list” status!

In this case study, we will take a look at exporting User data into a third party application used to send emails. This could be run in a scenario where we wanted to target specific Users in certain circumstances such as emailing Members who have allowed their membership to expire.

Journey with us as we test out the new Bilby reporting controls on some activities. The goal is to export the data into Google Earth and view activity coverage from our Partner site Canberra Bushwalking Club.

Reporting is important in any management system. We improved the general reporting across Bilby Management Software to make it easier to find the information you are interested in. This includes a tailored approach to each individual user!

We have changed the way you add users to an activity. Previously we used a user id and now you can use an email address.
FEBRUARY 7, 2023
TLDR; We are updating Bilby’s booking statuses to reduce the current set from 7 to 4. The new statuses include; Interested, Pending, Valid and Void. Read on about why we are making the changes.

We recently released our new feature Booking notes, which allows an Activity Owner and User to communicate on the user’s booking. This paved the way for some improvements on user communication on activities in general.
